Personal Information
Before opening Seems Like Home Family Day Care in April 1997, my two oldest children were in full-time day care for several years.  Having had my children in day care gives me a unique perspective on the needs of both the children in my care and their parents.

I have been married for twenty-eight years and have three children:  William - 19 years old, Sara - 17 years old and Samantha - 13 years old.  All of my children love the children in my care and treat them like their own siblings.

In my spare time I like to exercise, do yoga and currently hold a green belt in Shito-Ryu Karate. I enjoy reading novels, solving word puzzles and studying the Italian language. I am also learning how to knit and crochet. I devote much time to developing learning opportunities and crafts for the children in my care. I was the sole developer of this website and enjoyed the experience very much.
